Q. If I have a leaking roof will you be able to tarp it?
A. Yes. We will provide an emergency service when needed.

Q. Are you licensed?
A. Yes. We are fully licensed, insured and bonded.

Q. Will you meet with an Associations Board of Directors to better describe your services?
A. Yes. Our superintendents are always happy to meet with your Board of Directors.

Q. We are currently going through defect litigation, will you meet with our attorneys?
A. Yes. We will meet with your attorneys and present our company's services to them. We will also present them with defect litigation references.

Q. Do you schedule services at residences with the homeowners?
A. Yes. We always make sure to schedule all interior services with the homeowners.

Q. Can you provide references?
A. Yes, upon your request.

Q. What time is your office open at?
A. Our office is open from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Q. If I call your office will I get an answering machine?
A. No. There is always a live person to answer your call.

Q. Do you charge a fee for inspection?
A. No. All our inspections are at no cost.

Q. Do you have a way to contact your service personnel when they are out in the field?
A. Yes. All our service personnel carry a pager and a 2-way radio. Our supervisors are also available by cellular phone.

Q. Do you offer warranties?
A. Yes. We offer warranties on new installations. The length of time the warranty is valid varies depending on the item.

Q. Are you a CAI member?
A. Yes. We are currently CAI members for both the Inland Empire and Orange County.
