HISTORY

TRIMARK is a general construction firm designed to meet the needs of Homeowner Associations. Our vast experience and knowledge covers everything from minor repairs to major reconstruction. We have been in the business for over 12 years. There is always a live person to answer your calls, handle off-hour situations and to get you in touch with a serviceman. Our serviceman are trained, qualified, responsible and ready to help. We are fully licensed and insured. We provide free estimates and travel throughout most of Southern California.

Our servicemen are qualified in many fields such as welding, plumbing, electrical, retrofitting, destructive testing, concrete, masonry, demolition, painting, reconstruction, security gates, waterproofing, fencing, roofing, tiling, carpentry, consulting, balcony repairs and much more.

WRITTEN EVALUATIONS

TRIMARK will always provide you with a written evaluation of inspection findings. We will email you a copy upon your request and mail you the hard copy. Our contracts include all guarantees of the work. No work will be commenced without your authorization. If your job site requires more work than originally anticipated, we will always be sure to document the work needed properly and provide you with it in writing before the work is commenced. MEETING WITH BOARDS AND ATTORNEYS

During destructive testing TRIMARK is always willing to meet with your attorney and/or attend any board meetings to further explain our services and findings. We will properly document each of our findings and take pictures if necessary. We will set appointments with homeowners as needed. All of the homeowners will be satisfied with our courteous serviceman. Our reconstruction division is just as experienced and we are well-known for our expertise in this field. Our on-staff consultants will work closely with the Board of Directors, the Attorney and most importantly the homeowners. During these difficult processes we understand the needs of all of the parties involved and are willing to go the extra mile.
